Things people ask before they sell
Does a valuation cost anything or commit me to selling?
No. Valuations are free and there is no obligation. Plenty of owners ask simply to know where their car sits in the current market.
Will I get more than a dealership trade-in?
Usually, yes. A dealer trade-in is priced to leave room for the new car. We buy on the car’s merits, and because Cameron specialises in Porsche he can pay for the things a general dealer overlooks, such as rare options, service history and low kilometres.
My car is still under finance. Can I still sell?
Yes. We obtain a payout figure from your financier, settle the loan directly and pay the balance to you. It is a routine part of most sales.
I am not in Victoria. Do you still buy interstate?
We buy Australia-wide. Inspections and collection are arranged in every state and territory, and we handle interstate transport where required.
What if my Porsche has high kilometres or a few marks?
Tell us honestly and we will value it honestly. Kilometres and condition affect the number but rarely rule a car out. Cameron has bought everything from concours cars to long-term projects.
What documents should I have ready?
Your registration papers, service history, proof of identity and, if applicable, your finance details. Spare keys, books and original accessories help the valuation.
